Greenbrook Manor Care and Rehabilitation LLC is Hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor Near Green, NJ
We are seeking an Weekend RN Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Shifts: 7-3p; 3-11p; 11-7a
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursing department- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing education and training- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ, required
- Current CPR certification
- Sub-acute or long term care experience, preferred
- Proven experience as a Nurse in a supervisory capacity
